  1. Wow, I’m a bit embarrassed that I was unaware of this race issue despite working in the financial services industry for 14 years. It’s shocking and hard to swallow that race discrimination is still so pervasive (albeit more subtle in this situation). This proves that we need more work like this done and publicized if we want to see changes for the better. Thanks for this.

  2. This was an unexpected and interesting issue, and a very thoughtful innovative analysis. The fact that it resulted in a concrete action item in the form of Legislation makes it pragmatic and powerful. Great work!
