Fuqua Friday: Celebrating friends
A decades-long Fuqua tradition, Fuqua Friday is a chance for students to cut loose after a hard week of classes, studying, and recruiting. Many of the friendships you cherish today started at Fuqua Friday. Here is one alumna who keeps those Team Fuqua bonds with her group of friends reflecting on why shes loves Fuqua and why she gives back.
“One of the things I love most about Fuqua is that Team Fuqua doesn’t end when you graduate. I left Fuqua with dear friends who inspire, challenge, and support me. Among the many reasons I support the Annual Fund is to provide opportunities for future Fuquans to make and sustain truly lifelong friendships.”

Challenges
New Love
Fuqua Board of Visitors member Katy Hollister ’81 will donate $2 for every $1 in gifts from new donors or donors who have not made a gift in five years or more, up to $25,000. It’s a great way to declare or renew your love for Fuqua!

Long Distance Relationships
Two members of the Class of 1999 have challenged Fuqua alumni and friends living outside the United States to participate in I Love Fuqua! They will provide $1 for every dollar in gifts made by those outside the U.S., up to $40,000. Check out the map below to see donations from around the globe!

Everlasting Love
Longtime recurring gift donor Ed Magee MBA ’04 will donate $5,000 if 50 alumni set up new recurring gifts during I Love Fuqua. By entering your credit card once to “set it and forget it,” monthly, quarterly, or annual recurring gifts are one of the easiest ways to support the Fuqua Annual Fund. Ed reminds his fellow alumni, “A monthly gift of just $83.34 qualifies you for membership in the Thomas F. Keller Leadership Donor Society.”
