Interview Schedule:

You may view your schedule in Fuqua CareerBridge after the “Request interview time swap or withdraw — candidates” period has ended. Please note students often need to make last minute changes to their interview schedules, such as swapping interview times with other students, and in some cases, dropping off of an interview schedule. In the event a student drops off of your interview schedule, we will add a preselected alternate candidate to the schedule provided the student has a minimum of one (1) business day to prepare. The FINAL schedule will be provided on the day of the interview along with a packet that includes the final schedule, the students’ resumes, and the room assignment.

To access your company’s most current schedule, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to Fuqua CareerBridge
  2. Select the OCI and Job Listings tab
  3. Select the job title
  4. Select the ‘Schedule’ tab 

An overview of the interview day is as follows:

  • Check-in begins at 7:30 am, please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first interview to allow time for the check-in process (see below)
  • 7:30am – 10:00am: Park in the Science Drive Visitor’s Lot. Once you are parked, choose either of the options below to obtain parking validation.
    • Proceed to either pay station and enter your validation code. The code will be provided in advance, via the logistics email. After printing the ticket, place it on your front dashboard.
    • Download the PayByPhone app, enter in your license plate number and your validation code. The code will be provided in advance via the logistics email. You will receive a text message 5 minutes before your time expires. If you wish to add more time, you may do so by using the PayByPhone app.

Check-in Process:

  • Interviewers check-in on the 4th floor in the East Keller Building
  • Enter your name, title, and email address in the iPad located at the 4th floor front desk
  • Receive final interview packet and room assignment
  • Receive a BonAppetit lunch voucher
  • Coffee, drinks and snacks are available throughout the day

Materials should arrive no earlier than one week prior to your event date and no later than 2 business days in advance. Materials received outside this time frame are not guaranteed to be available at your event.

Employers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please be sure to include a return shipping label or make sure your representatives have your account number if necessary. Fuqua has pick-up arrangements with the following shipping companies:

Fuqua is proud to host green recruiting events on campus, in which we ask employers to refrain from distributing giveaway items to all students attending their corporate presentation or office hours.
