Employer Presentations 

Full-time and internship employer presentations may be scheduled Monday through Thursday in the evenings. There are also daytime slots available on Wednesdays as well as lunch time options.  Evening presentation slots are 1 hour in length, Wednesday daytime slots are 50 minutes, and lunch time presentations are 45 minutes. Presentations may be hosted on-campus, off-campus or in a virtual setting.

Key considerations for impactful presentations:

  • Presentations should be educational, where students can learn something about your industry and organization that isn’t readily available online.
  • Allocate time for Q&A and networking with employees (preferably, Fuqua Alumni) to obtain a better sense of your corporate culture and career paths.
  • Close with “Next Steps”.  Share upcoming networking events, diversity programs and any application processes and deadlines.

Catering

Menu selections MUST be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to your corporate presentation.  Payment and final count MUST be submitted at least 3 business days prior to your event to finalize your order. Credit card is the preferred method of payment. Charges will be made after the event is complete. All other payment methods will require 50% of the cost to be paid 3 business days prior to the event.

Multimedia

Each presentation venue has specific multimedia capabilities, please log into Fuqua CareerBridge to verify the location of your event. Classroom spaces and meeting rooms are equipped with a PC, projector and screen.

A member of our multimedia team will check-in with each company 20-30 minutes prior to the start of the presentation.

Materials should arrive no earlier than one week prior to your event date and no later than 2 business days in advance. Materials received outside this time frame are not guaranteed to be available at your event.

Employers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please be sure to include a return shipping label or make sure your representatives have your account number if necessary. Fuqua has pick-up arrangements with the following shipping companies:

Fuqua is proud to host green recruiting events on campus, in which we ask employers to refrain from distributing giveaway items to all students attending their corporate presentation or office hours.
