Choosing to pursue an MBA is big decision, and it is crucial that you have the ability to shape and direct your own MBA experience. At The Duke MBA, our students have a voice – and their voices are female in greater numbers than you might expect. Women hold leadership roles in virtually every student organization, directing the course of their MBA education and gaining valuable leadership experience in the process. The Duke MBA is a place where opportunities abound for you to prove your skills, take on new challenges, and make a difference.

As the Senior Associate Director of Diversity Initiatives, I invite you to learn more about Duke at The Duke MBA Women’s Leadership Weekend. This three-day event, held during the first weekend in November, is designed to provide prospective female students with an opportunity to explore nearly every facet of the MBA experience.  Our dedicated Admissions team works hand-in-hand with the school’s Association of Women in Business (AWIB) to plan a fun, informative, and memorable weekend at Fuqua.

Throughout your three days on campus, you will interact and connect with current students, alumni, faculty, administration, and staff, all of whom share a common goal of increasing the number of women in business school and in corporate America. As a leader in business education, The Duke MBA is dedicated to building a diverse learning community that affords each woman the opportunity to reach her highest potential.

I encourage you to submit your questionnaire to be considered for the Women’s Leadership Weekend – it is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. However, if you are unable to make it for this event, use our online scheduling tool to schedule a campus visit that is convenient for you.

Come and see for yourself that Duke MBA Women Mean Business. We look forward to getting to know you!

Best regards,

Natasha Gore
