Congratulations on beginning your MBA journey! In the next few months, you will be exposed to a wealth of information about graduate business education, how to select the right school for you and the application process in general. This will seem like a lot to take in but you are not on this journey alone. We are excited to work with you through every step.

At Duke, Women hold leadership roles in virtually every student organization, directing the course of their MBA education and gaining valuable leadership experiences in the process. Whether you are considering the Daytime MBA or an Executive MBA, the Duke MBA is a place where opportunities abound for you to prove your skills, take on new challenges, and make a difference.
The Women’s Leadership Weekend is designed to provide prospective female students with an opportunity to explore nearly every facet of the MBA experience. Our dedicated Admissions team works hand-in-hand with our Association of Women in Business (AWIB) to plan a fun informative, and memorable experience.
Throughout this event, you will interact and connect with current students, alumni, faculty, administration, and staff, all of whom share a common goal of increasing the number of women in business school and in corporate America.
